  • Evidence of all your medical qualification(s) (diploma, bachelor’s, master’s degrees).
  • Evidence of relevant certifications: ACLS/ALS, PALS, ITLS, ATLS, or PHTLS. Note: ACLS/ALS certification is required to be employed but not to apply for a position.
  • A completed procedural skills form: download a form from the website to complete and upload.

We recommend you upload high-quality scans of your documents. PDF format is preferred. File names should include your name and a description of the document, such as “John Smith—ACLS Certificate.” Do not aggregate multiple documents, as they will be rejected.
You may need to upload pictures of any visible tattoos or piercings.

What stages are there in the application process?

Each stage in the application process must be completed and passed before you can progress to the next step.

1. Upload the required documents.
2. Complete an online computer skills assessment
3. Interview with a recruiter
4. Pass a clinical skills assessment

How long does the application process take?

We make every effort to expedite the application process. However, there may be delays due to demand for the limited number of positions in our fleets. We generally review applications within a few weeks of your online submission. We will communicate with you regarding each step of your progress, including whether you are successful in all stages. Please note that you will only be offered employment once a position becomes available for newly hired staff. We recommend that you keep your current job until there is more certainty about your joining date.

What happens if my application is successful?

If you have successfully passed all recruitment stages, you will receive a provisional job offer. A joining date will be planned according to our operational needs, your availability, and the successful completion of onboarding requirements.

I received a job offer. What next?

If you accept the offer of employment, we will be directed to an onboarding portal that lists the necessary details and requirements you need to fulfill. Our onboarding team will follow up with you on every task, support you with your questions, and verify the required documents. It might take a few weeks to months to become ready to join your first assignment as there are many governmental processes we have no control over.

When should I resign from my current job?

We recommend you do not make any significant changes to personal plans or resign from your current job until a member of our onboarding or scheduling teams advises you accordingly. We want to avoid periods of unemployment and coordinate your availability with that of our vacancies onboard.

I am ready to join. What’s next?

Once you have completed all the onboarding steps and an assignment is available, our team will coordinate the necessary logistics to join a ship. You may still need to wait until we can allocate you a vacancy to start onboard a vessel.
